Return & Refund Policy

Vlinder Art Pots™ accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, or screen calibration and are not considered a defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right. If return shipping is needed for a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

To request a return or cancellation, use the return or cancellation option available through your order. For damaged or defective items, or if you need help with an order, contact us at info@vlinderartpots.com.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
