Return & Refund Policy

All Vlinder Art Pots™ sales are final. Because our pieces are limited-release and artist-crafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after you make your purchase. Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, or screen calibration and are not considered a defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days from date of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution. In case of damage or defect, if return shipping is needed, we will cover the cost.  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you’re truly unhappy with your order, reach out to info@vlinderartpots.com.  We want you to love your Vlinder art pot, and while we can’t promise returns, we’re happy to have a conversation.

Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
