Terms of Service

By purchasing from Vlinder Art Pots™, you agree to the following terms:

Pricing & Availability: Prices and availability of products are subject to change at any time without notice.  Vlinder art pots are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

Product Colors:  We do our best to represent the colors of each Vlinder Art Pot as accurately as possible. However, variations in monitor settings, lighting, and screen calibration may cause colors to appear slightly different in person.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Resale Restriction: Vlinder Art Pots are sold for personal use only. Unauthorized resale of our products is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for resale.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders: We do not offer wholesale or bulk orders. Our pieces are sold directly to customers in limited releases.

Promotions & Discount Codes
Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes are non-transferable. We may modify or end promotions at any time and cancel orders in cases of misuse.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Orders ship to the address provided by you. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays or losses after carrier acceptance.

Taxes & Duties
You are responsible for any applicable sales/use taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, designs, text, and product images are the exclusive intellectual property of Vlinder Art Pots and are protected by copyright and other laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without prior written consent.

We love seeing your Vlinder art pots in their new homes! By tagging @vlinderartpots or using our hashtag #vlindervibes, you grant us permission to repost or share your photo, video, or caption (your “content”) on our website, social media, and marketing materials, without further permission or compensation.

You confirm that the content is your own and that anyone shown has agreed to its use. We may lightly crop, resize, or adjust images to fit our formats but will not alter your work or words in a misleading way.

If you ever want us to remove something we’ve shared, contact us at info@vlinderartpots.com.

Warranty Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vlinder Art Pots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date will be posted, and your continued use or purchase constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
